- 原材料特徵
- 酒廠的釀造酒桶有從650L到6500L的尺寸，可處理150kg至1600kg白米的各種釀造規模，對大吟釀到普通日本酒的所有產品，進行精密溫度控制的體制。在新潟站，有一個「PONSHU館」，您可以在這裡品嚐和比較90多家當地酒廠的酒，是酒類愛好者中非常著名的景點，因此當您參觀酒廠時也請務必造訪。
