She actively sends information about the appeal of sake and how to enjoy it to people in Japan and overseas, by appearing on various media, making speeches, engaging in the development of sake cups and cosmetic products made from sake.

Sake is a Japanese fermented food that we can proud of and is made from good rice and water. You can enjoy a marriage of sake with any type of cuisine, not just with Japanese dishes.
