This is the sake you want in your pocket any time and any place. Bring it with you when climbing mountains, camping, or even when watching sports at stadiums that ban hard bottles.
Mysterious Water Flowing from Snowy Mountains and River Terraces
The town of Tsunan in southern Niigata Prefecture is known for its heavy snowfall. It is blessed with rich, limpid water from the accumulated snow on 2,000 meter-high mountains such as Kirinoto, which has been selected as one of the "100 best waters in Japan." This natural water is ultra-soft, and is said to be "fine-grained and mellow," and is used as brewing water at the brewery.
Gohyakumangoku, Famous Niigata Sake Rice Made in Tsunan
Our company was founded in 1996, and we are a brewery born from the voice of the local community as we were established by sake rice farmers, the town and the JA. For the ingredient, we take pride in Gohyakumangoku, sake rice cultivated by local farmers in the town of Tsunan. We complete the sake using rice grown by producers we are fully familiar with.
Light and Full Flavor
The sake is characterized by its light and full delicious taste, with a smooth and refreshing aftertaste. We have had the feedback that it goes well with all kinds of food.
Many National and International Awards
The sake is matured slowly and carefully by young master brewers in the prefecture. It has won many awards, including Gold Prize at the, National New Sake Appraising and Deliberating Fair.
Enjoy it Casually Matching Your Taste
