Enjoy in your everyday life
This Junmai sake has a dry and crisp taste with even smoother and mellower flavor than similar bottlings. The way the flavor retains its unique character both in food pairings and when drunk hot is a distinctive feature.
Mysterious water that flows from snow-covered mountains and river terraces
Known for its heavy snowfall, Tsunan is home to snow-capped mountains over 2,000m in altitude, such as Kirinoto. The refreshing, pristine water sourced from this mountain snow has been recognized as one of "Japan's 100 finest waters." This natural spring water used for brewing sake is ultra-soft in quality and is said to be exquisitely fine and well-balanced.
