This is Dewazakura's flagship Junmai Daiginjo sake. It won the highest award, Champion Sake, at the International Wine Challenge 2008. It has a fruity and luxurious aroma, and a smooth mouthfeel accompanied by the sweetness of rice. This time, the sake was aged for one year and specially bottled.
Niigata sake rice is carefully polished and brewed in the harsh winter climate of Nagaoka with traditional techniques that have been handed down for 470 years. This product has a mild ginjo aroma and a refreshing mouthfeel. The flavor of the rice is elegant, with both umami and sweetness.

Yoshinogawa was established in Settaya, Nagaoka City, in Niigata Prefecture, in 1548. We brew sake with both sincerity and care, using only Niigata Prefecture raw materials. Using the soft water "Tenka Kanrosen" drawn from the brewery's well as brewing water, we use the traditional techniques of brewers cultivated over many years.
