    Dewazakura Sake Brewery

    Dewazakura Sake Brewery was founded in 1892 by Seijiro Nakano, who established a branch family. In 1980, the brewery released their signature Oka Ginjo sake. They released this sake out of a desire to “share the excellence of ginjo sake with many people” and they take pride in contributing to the popularization of ginjo sake. They value an approach to making sake in which customers can feel the warmth of the makers.
  • Tokyo

    Ozawa Shuzo Co., Ltd. (Sawanoi)

    Founded in 1702 in the village of Bushu-Sawai, which was on the route linking Edo and Koshu. For more than 300 years since then, they have been cherished as the local sake of Okutama, Tokyo. The sake brand name Sawanoi comes from the village called Sawai, named after abundant water flowing as a stream.
  • Hiroshima

    Kamoizumi Sake Brewery

    Founded in 1912, transforming from a rice dealer into a sake brewer. The name of the sake combines “Kamo,” the name of the surrounding area, with “izumi,” which means “spring,” referring to the pure water that is essential to making sake. Beginning more than 50 years ago, before any other brewery in Japan, they devoted their efforts to reviving junmai sake brewed only with rice and rice koji (Rice malt), and they continue working to educate people and expand its popularity.

  • Dewazakura Sake Brewery

    Dewazakura has been brewing ginjo sake for a very long time.
    To create sake of the finest quality, the brewery brews its sake by hand and stores it at low temperatures before the sake is heat-pasteurized in bottles.
    The quality of its sake is highly acclaimed both in Japan and abroad, and the brewery's products win awards at many competitions every year.
    Product name Dewazakura Junmaiginjo brewed with flower yeast
    Details This junmai ginjo sake is brewed with yeast extracted from rose flowers.
    Enjoy the elegant and vibrant aroma produced by flower yeast, as well as the well-rounded sweetness and umami notes of rice.
    We recommend serving this sake chilled in a wine glass.

    Hiyaoroshi, with its delicious, mellow flavor, nicely compliments well-seasoned dishes and Western-style dishes that contain white sauce, etc.
    It is best served at a temperature of approximately 20℃ for fish-based dishes, and approximately 40℃ for stewed dishes.

    Details This seasonal only item is made from junmai sake pressed during the cold season, and carefully stored and matured over the summer in the Genroku Brewery, which has been used for more than 300 years since the company was founded.
    It has an aromatic bouquet that allows you to feel the richness of the rice, and being robust and elegantly astringent gives it a full-bodied and mellow flavor for you to enjoy.

  • Kamoizumi Sake Brewery

    Among the many alcoholic beverages in the world, sake is unique for the way in which it can be served and enjoyed warm.

    Product name Kamoizumi Junmai Sake Hiroshima Hattan
    Details This Junmai sake is brewed exclusively with Hiroshima Hattan, one of the most popular rice cultivars stored by breweries in Hiroshima for a long time.
    The sake is aged slowly in a refrigerator to add extra depth and dimension to its flavor.
    It has a powerful umami flavor and can be enjoyed at a wide range of different temperatures, from room temperature to being served warm.
