The junmai ginjo features a mild pear aroma and an excellent balance of the characteristic sweetness of Yamada Nishiki rice with savory and crisp flavors. We created a taste that complements the flavors in the simple flavors of seafood often used in local cuisine, including mackerel, bream, octopus, and eel. We also recommend drinking it with vegetables, and so "Stir-Fried Morning Glory" is a particularly good match.
When drunk at a hot temperature (around 50℃), the "umami" and sharpness accentuated by the moderate acidity will leave you wanting to drink more.

This Japanese sake clearly expresses a gentle fruity aroma and firm structure, coupled with a truly mellow quality.
When drunk at a lukewarm temperature (around 40℃), the sweetness is suppressed and the mellowness and fullness of the rice is accentuated.
We recommend drinking it with "steamed chicken", due to its characteristic tender "umami" taste.
