Taste

Robust structure and a clean finish

It features aromas of pure, delicate fresh lettuce and mild apple, a mellow, delicate flavor with robust structure, and a clean finish.

Concept

Emphasis on balanced aroma and flavors

This variety emphasizes the balance of the unique flavor and aroma produced by Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Hyogo Prefecture, pairing well with cuisine flavored with dashi broth from the Harima and Seto Inland Sea areas.

Brewery's commitments

Brewery's commitments

  • Rice

Made with Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Hyogo Prefecture

  • Polished rice

In order to prevent frictional heating, it took a long time of 5 days. Use globular rice that leaves the heart of the rice.

  • Pressing Method

The mash is slowly pressed over 3 days via the Ishikake Shiki Tenbin Shibori method, producing a mild flavor and finish.

Brewer's recommendations

Take a moment to sober up

We recommend serving in Riesling glasses at a drinking temperature of 14°C.
