Product Information |
A special form handcrafted by artisansThe form of the neckline prevents air from coming into contact with the product, which reduces oxidation and has the effect of condensing the fragrance, making it more mellow. In Japan, the fanning out shape of the bottle is thought to be a good omen, and represents the future opening up to you. Each bottle is handmade and filled with the artisans’ hope for happiness for all who obtain it. Stainless steel material that is perfect for sakeStainless steel made in the Tsubame-Sanjo area in Niigata Prefecture, a world-renowned metal processing town, is used for kitchen utensils like pots and cutlery, as well as for the thermal tanks used to brew sake. This makes it a good match for sake, and great for storing it. |

Creator's comment |
We paid close attention to the form of our items to create shapes for use outside of Japan. We also carefully selected materials similar to those used in the thermal tanks for brewing sake from among more than 200 other materials, then by applying a unique surface treatment to create a stainless steel tokkuri suitable for sake storage. |
