Taste
Clarity
The color of this sake is brilliant, crystal clear, comprising light hues of green and blue. The aroma has a glamourous and elegant impression with notes of fragrant olive and sacred fig, fruity notes such as white peach, banana, and lychee, notes of apricot seed, almond milk, and steamed rice, in harmony with hints of light aromas like that of sour cream, buttercream. From the first impressions of fullness and richness, gentle sweetness and elegant umami expand into mellow and well-balanced flavors while having a smooth body and mouthfeel that last into the finish, leaving flavors originating from the rice.
Concept
Koshihikari
This area produces rice so delicious it is offered as tribute to the Emperor. And we brew local sake using this delicious rice. Our junmai-sake is handcrafted using locally grown Koshihikari rice with a polishing ratio of 65% and Gunma KAZE yeast (developed by the Prefecture of Gunma) and gently fermenting at low temperatures at our small, local brewery. It is slightly sweet, slightly aromatic, and has a soft mouthfeel—making it a delightful junmai sake.
Brewery's commitments
-
Exceptional Richness and Deliciousness
The rice is produced through the cooperation of many farmers, including the farmers at our own fields—making the rice's sake a truly "local sake." This junmai sake amply brings out the renowned characteristics of Koshihikari rice: sweetness and deliciousness. The culture, history, and technology of the Shirasawa region are all packed into this golden liquid.

Best Served Warm
Hues of golden with a light aroma—the sake is delicious to drink at room temperatures or lukewarm. When you heat junmai sake, it arouses and brings the sake's delightful flavors, which are otherwise hidden, seamlessly to the fore.
