Mild delicious junmai sake
This delicious sake has been made in the Myoko area of Niigata Prefecture as the perfect complement to daily meals. Because of the cold weather and heavy snowfall in Niigata, many local dishes are slightly salty, so the mild aroma and light texture of this acts as the ideal counterbalance. Its taste is strong enough to compete with salty foods, making it easy to drink that next cup alongside any dish.
Sake from a land of heavy snows
Myoko, considered to have particularly heavy snowfall even in the already snowy prefecture of Niigata, provides a superior environment for sake brewing due to abundant groundwater and fertile land as well as minimal temperature variation. This mild delicious junmai sake is made from this wonderful climate and brewed to pair well with the daily meals of local people.
This delicious sake can be served chilled or warmed. Best enjoyed with a meal or as a daily evening drink to relax with.
