Selecting the best of the fields where fertilizers were avoided when growing Yamada Nishiki, the rice polishing ratio was purposely kept at 80%, resulting in a dry Junmai sake with a fresh, autumn breeze aroma.
Suitable for warming up
This sake can be served cold, at room temperature, or warmed ( 50-55°C) to show its full potential.
