  • Features of GI Tone-Numata sake

"Tone-Numata sake has a generally clean flavor profile with just the right amount of umami notes. You will first taste a little astringency that gives significant depth to the vibrant acidity and umami notes, before the well-balanced umami notes and sweetness unique to the rice harvested from this region dominate your palate. At the same time, you will enjoy a clean flavor as a result of the unintrusive taste of alcohol that is a lot more subtle than what the alcohol content might suggest."

Brewer's recommendations

Each of the seven types of sake can be enjoyed in its own unique way.

You can enjoy the different kinds of sake by serving them in different ways, some of which best served chilled and others that are delicious when served warm.
