Taste

Ehime Prefecture is full of fruits. A set of liqueurs made from fruits produced in Ehime.

Ume Bijin Shuzo's "Jewel of the Sun" Kawachi Bankan, Eiko Shuzo's "Kinjuku" Zespri Gold Kiwi, Kyowa Shuzo's "Nanaore Koume Umeshu" Nanaore Koume, Shuroku Shuzo's "Mokuro no To" Aka Budo/Red Grape. Fruity-flavored liqueurs made with the abundant fruits of Ehime.

Jewel of the Sun: A liqueur made with a lot of Kawachi Bankan (also known as Japanese-made grapefruit), it's popular for its slight bitterness and balance of sweetness and sourness.

Gold Kiwi Kinjuku: A perfect blend with authentic rice shochu achieved through the ripe flesh of the golden Zespri Gold Kiwi grown in the water-abundant region of Saijo, Shikoku. The flavor of its natural ingredients themselves comes through its gentle sweet taste.

Nanaore Koume Umeshu: A luxurious plum wine made from fully ripened Nanaore Koume plums grown in Tobe Town. It has a rich aroma, sweet and sour flavor, and a refreshing aftertaste. Chill it and enjoy it straight or on the rocks.

Mokuro no To (Aka Budo/Red Grape): Made from plenty of grapes grown in Uchiko-cho in Ehime Prefecture, blended with our own authentic shochu. This sake has the aroma and gentle sweetness of freshly picked fruits. Enjoy it on the rocks with crushed ice. You can even sprinkle it on vanilla ice cream.

Brewer's recommendations

Four kinds of fruits, four kinds of flavors

Enjoy the taste of each fruit, delicious even as a liqueur. Great as an aperitif, after-dinner drink, or even as a dessert. Enjoy it on the rocks, with soda, or pour over vanilla ice cream for a different taste.
