For a celebration gift
Choosing a gift for someone is more exciting than receiving a gift.
"What would he/she like to have?"
"I want to give him/her something wonderful that no one else would think of!"
Thinking about someone you love or respect, and how you can please him/her is such an exciting and pleasant moment.
Also, your sense of taste is tested when you choose a gift. If you choose a wrong item as a gift, you may disappoint the person who receives it, no matter of how bright, popular or wonderful your personality is.
What should you send as a gift to please the person who receives it and to enhance your reputation? If you can't make up your mind, what about sending sake as a gift? Gourmets, chefs and even wine stewards across the world are enamored by sake. Everyone's favorite sake will make your special one very happy! Then, you will be very much appreciated, too!

The impressive Chinese character yanagi (willow) printed on the label is a reproduction of calligraphy by Ono no Tofu, a famous calligrapher in the Heian period. There is a custom from long ago to bring Yanagidaru (a type of horned sake kegs made from willow wood) to a celebration. Because of how the sound of “Yanagidaru” can be interpreted as expressing a wish to keep a lot of joy in the family. Very aromatic and possessing a soft, delicate taste, the aftertaste lingers on even after finishing your cup. It is truly an elegant taste. All aspects of this sake, from its taste to story and label, make it so perfect as a gift that it is said to be the best for drinking in Kyoto.
Onnazake, a typical Kyoto sake, is generally drunk chilled in order to enjoy its delicate taste. But serving it as warm sake at 45ºC is a luxurious adult pleasure. With an elegant soft taste, it has an indescribable deliciousness. Be sure to use hirasakazuki (a flat shaped sake cup)to enjoy elegantly savor its brilliance.

Gift arrangement idea! Stand the bottle upside down, using the bottleneck to resemble a stem of a flower, and wrap it with nice tissue paper or fabric to add a colorful presentation as if you are giving a lovely bouquet. One extra touch represents your caring heart for the person who receives the gift.
