Watch how the seedlings are planted by hand, which is unusual these days. Also see what the farmer sees when he drives the rice-planting machine.

By watching the rice-harvesting operation, you can learn the differences and characteristics of different sakamai rice. Then by actually tasting the sake in the comparison set, you will get a better understanding of the sake.
