Handmade cloudy sake with rich flavor
A handmade cloudy sake (unfiltered sake, nigori-sake) with a very pleasant texture and flavor. Its smooth rich flavor is popular even among those who are not normally keen sake drinkers. This handmade sake brewed day and night during the winter months uses clear underground spring water from the Northern Japan Alps mountain range as well as superb regional sake rice cultivated in the rice fields of the Shinshu (Nagano) region.
