Unfiltered Aged Junmai Sake Series
This is Sasaiwai's series of unfiltered and aged junmai sake. These sake are bottled then aged for several years in a low-temperature room at the brewery before being shipped out for sale.
- 100% of the rice used in production is grown in the city of Niigata.
Serve cold.Enjoy this sake served cold. Pairing foods: Parmesan cheese, fatty tuna, brook trout.
