Concept
Enjoy with desserts
This Junmai Ginjo is almost like a fruit juice. Juicy and sweet like a Jonathan apple or muscat grape. Best cold with fruits or macarons and warm with chocolate desserts. Enjoy different pairings at different drinking temperatures.
Brewery's commitments

Mysterious water that flows from snow-covered mountains and river terraces
Known for its heavy snowfall, Tsunan is home to snow-capped mountains over 2,000m in altitude, such as Kirinoto. The refreshing, pristine water sourced from this mountain snow has been recognized as one of "Japan's 100 finest waters." This natural spring water used for brewing sake is ultra-soft in quality and is said to be exquisitely fine and well-balanced.
