Sake brewed exclusively with Koshi-tanrei rice
This sake is 100% made from Koshi-tanrei rice, a high-grade sake-specific variety exclusive to breweries in Niigata. An aged sake using Koshi-tanrei, a variety of sake rice said to be exceptionally tasty. Enjoy the flavor developed over one summer.

A rich junmai sake
The sake is pressed in the spring and aged until the fall, resulting in a deeper, mellower, richer junmai sake with a robust flavor.

A sake to mark the end of summer.
After a hot summer, when the nights gradually become cooler and more comfortable, the time is ripe for enjoying Akiagari (meaning the start of fall) sake. Enjoy a subdued aroma and a flavor that has developed a less hard-edged profile with maturity.

Hakuro's brewers use 100% Gohyakumangoku, a unique variety of rice specially cultivated to be made into sake.
