“Ponshu-Gria” is a fruit cocktail mix for making cocktails by pouring in Japanese Sake into the bottle. The ingredients are all made in Japan. Choose from 5 types of dried fruits, namely Ehime orange, apple, yuzu lemon, peach, and strawberry, and just pour in Sake and wait for the sugars to dissolve before enjoying it. What you will get is a sweet and delectable Sake Cocktail infused with the aroma of each fruit. You may substitute half of the Sake for soda water, make it stronger by drinking it on the rocks, or pour in black tea instead to make flavored tea.
We want everyone to enjoy Japanese Sake, including people who never drank it before and people who prefer sweeter alcoholic beverages!
While Sake is one of Japan’s traditional industries, it is rarely used in cocktails unlike other spirits. So, we created this cocktail mix made from fruits to encourage the younger generation and people who do not like strong spirits to enjoy Sake as a cocktail that is easier to drink.
It is 100% made from Japanese products.
All fruits used are made in Japan. The sweetener used is beet sugar made in Hokkaido. The white sugar candy is “mint sugar” made by hand using traditional methods from Niigata. You are the one who will complete this cocktail.
This product is a cocktail mix in which you can pour whatever spirit you like to make your very own cocktail. You can enjoy various combinations and blends. You get to be the bartender who makes a delicious cocktail. The container is a traditional glass bottle used for “Single-serve Sake.”
Just pour in any sake you like and mix
Pour in any sake you like, wait for the sugar to dissolve, mix lightly, and serve. You can also try it on the rocks, with soda, or black tea. On cold days, pour in warmed Sake and make a hot cocktail. You can even put it in the freezer and make a delicious Sake sorbet.
