Yamada Nishiki Unique Soils Series
The Yamada Nishiki Unique Soils series was created based on the concept that different soils should produce different tastes. The sakes are produced with Tatsuriki’s standard Ginjo technique.

Each label features an image of a soil sample from the harvest location. We start our research with the soil of that region. The soil samples are exhibited on the first floor of our brewery.
