Sake×Butterfly Pea Syrup Jelly

Butterfly pea syrup is an ingredient native to Asia that can be used to make sake jelly that looks refreshing and tastes delicious.
【Ingredients】
・Sake (100ml)・Butterfly pea syrup (20ml)
・Soda Water (80ml)
・Gelatin (5g)
・Water (for dissolving the gelatin) (50ml)
【Preparation method】
1. Mix the sake (100ml), sparkling water (80ml), and the butterfly pea syrup (20ml) in a bowl.2. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water in a different bowl. Stir well to prevent lumps from forming.
3. Mix the contents of the bowls from Steps 1 and 2.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours or until the jelly is firm.
5. Use a fork to break up the jelly in the way you prefer.
6. Serve on a plate.
The trick to making a delicious drink!
Put the broken up jelly in a glass and add sparkling water to it to create a drink with an interesting texture!
If you plan to use the jelly in a drink, we recommend sweetening it with honey or other sweeteners when making the jelly! Alternatively, you can use lemonade instead of sparkling water for the drink!
